Mysterious Origin ....Update and Recent Works
Hello My Friends,
In the last post, I had mentioned that Jimi and I were going into the Studio to work on the song I wrote. All I can say is...Oh My!!!! Our friend Danny wrote the music to my lyrics and it has EXACTLY the feel that I was going for....very mysterious, haunting and something that will linger with you even after the song is over. It has many influences of some of my favorite Music. We will be of course continuing to work on this project, there is a lot that has to be done when it comes to a good recording. I will say however, the mix that we have now is one that we could still use as a simplified version of the song...which now only has piano, drums and vocals. I can not wait to share it!!! It will have to wait though...lot's of things have to be concluded before a song can be released, one of which is copyright..so~~~~ as soon as I have all of the things in order that I need, I will share it with all of you♥
On another note(lalala) this past week has been super busy as usual around here.!!! We had two Gigs this past weekend so we prepared for that...Jimi and I were in the Studio and I have been working hard on preparing for my Spring Jewelry Show. Things are looking good for that!!! Jimi and I will also be selling the Bees Wax Candles we are now making along with my Cinnamon Waxy Bears that I hand dip. We are really excited for the show. More on that as we get closer.

Tutorial Tuesday...Just Roll With It!
Today's tutorial is something that I love doing with my hair. It is an easy way to style, set and tame your hair. If you have never tried styling your hair with Hot Rollers, I say....Just Roll With It!!! Purchase a set and give it a try. I think you will agree that it is super easy and just the perfect way to curl your hair. Using hot rollers is also a time saver, as you can set your hair and apply your make up while the curlers are setting.

I am thinking of doing a tutorial on a Victory Roll Hair Style which for those of you that are not familiar with is a style from the 1940's that was named around the WWII era in regard to the maneuvers of the Victorious Planes during that time period. Have I mentioned before that I am a Vintage lover? I am for sure!! I Love all things vintage and retro, so this style is super interesting to me. The Victory Roll style seems to be coming back in modern day forms so I think a tutorial would be appropriate. Love this look, what do you think about it?

I am thinking of doing a tutorial on a Victory Roll Hair Style which for those of you that are not familiar with is a style from the 1940's that was named around the WWII era in regard to the maneuvers of the Victorious Planes during that time period. Tutorial Tuesday and Carousel Enchantment
Another Tutorial Tuesday! This time I will show you how to create a bow hair style, using your own hair....really simple to do and makes a really cute look to rock any way you wish. Watch the video below to create this look.
There is also something else I wish to share with you today and that is this dreamy carousel.
I don't know about you but I think carousels are so lovely and enchanting!!! Have you ever just closed your eyes while riding and let you mind wander to a far away place? Listening to the music and allowing yourself to be carried away as the breeze gently ruffles your hair. I long for summer days and magical starry nights when I can ride on the enchanting carousel again, to be swept away in a wonderful dream.
