Kitchen Spells~ Easter Pear Salad
Easter Pear Salad
A Kitchen Spell by Dena K. Miller
Pears (fresh is best but can substitute with jar fruit) I used 3 jars of Pampa brand Pear Slices.
2 tbs of honey
1tbs of pear juice
pinch of sea salt
fresh mint leaves
Assemble the pear slices in a shallow dish
Next sprinkle with sea salt pear juice and drizzle with honey
Place the mint leaves onto pears (I used about 3 large leaves)
Arrange edible flowers around mint leaves
Chill until ready to serve.
This dish makes the perfect Springtime desert. Give it a try, it is not only beautiful but healthy for you as well.
