Online Journaling Workshop

Building a Book of Shadows~ Milady Leela

A while back, I was contacted by a very special lady to create a Planner/Book of Shadows.  She wanted to use it for 2018 as Magical Planner and Memory Keeper.

I pondered for a bit on how I would put together something very special for her to work her practical magic.

What I came up with was this....

I really enjoyed creating this special book.  So much of my heart and soul went into creating it.

A Book of Shadows is really a journal or diary of your life journey.  All that you record becomes a shadow of who you are or were. It is a place to write your own story and grow as a person, both emotionally and spiritually.

It makes me so very happy to be able to help provide a sacred space or place for you in order to do so with my Journal Collections.

Pittsburgh Rens Fest~Documenting a Day in the Life of Milady Leela

Hello My Beautiful Souls,

Every year, Jimi and I go to the Pittsburgh Rens Fest.  It is a day that we look forward to so very much.  Something magical happens there to us and although it is difficult to put into words, it is a very intense situation.  Perhaps it is all of the lush trees and the walks through the forest that inspires us  there. Yes...that is it!  It is a bit like "Forest Bathing" where one spends time taking in the sights, sounds and experience of the forest.  When allowing Mother Nature into your soul....she speaks to you in ways that matter and bring you to your roots so to speak. It is Amazing, It is Awesome..it is...
Magical....just Magical indeed!

....and like the ways of Magic, so it is!

New Collection Release~"Thyme to grow"~Milady Leela

Hi My Beautiful Souls,

Today I am sharing this collection with you here on my Blog! What a perfect time to do so too...releasing... in honor of the New Moon!!!! This is something I have been so excited to share with you!  These journals will be available at my Trunk Show this coming Saturday 3/24/18 and always available online.

Create in them as you wish and connect with them via the intent that I have used to create them....

Using the power of the elements, I have tapped this energy to create a very magical tool for you to write your own story.

With Earth, I have used cotton fabrics to create the hand painted cover and cording that wraps the book closed.

With Air, I have used the freshness of an idea that came to me to create a book that would allow for the owner a "Thyme to grow" by connecting in their own personal way with it.  Personally growing as you write your own story, study your spirituality or art journal your feelings.  The word  "Thyme" has been purposely chosen as  one of the things thyme is used for is courage.  I believe that it takes courage to grow and by using this journal as a tool for expression, you will do just that. 

With Fire, I have used my passionate expression of creativity to bring you such a book to connect with.  Another usage for "Thyme" is for  Health and Healing.  I am so very passionate about using journaling as a tool to heal your spirit as you express your thoughts and feeling in a safe place that no one else has to see but you.  By doing so, you will "grow" in ways that you might not even imagine!  This is very important for the health of your spirit and healing you soul from past hurts and situations.  It is also healing to allow your creative expression to flow.  This is my Fired Passion...helping you to do so by creating the tools for you to heal and to grow!

With Water,  The herb Thyme is connected with the element of water and as mentioned before, this book is to be used as a way to allow your creative expression to flow.

With Spirit I have been lead to this path.   I have been given the gifts that can help others through my work.  My wish and my intent is to provide for you the tools in which you will be able to find yourself within your life journey.

Manatees~ A Winter Adventure

 During Holiday 2017, Jimi and I visited my Parents in Florida.  One of my favorite things we did together was spending time watching the manatees at the Nature Preserve Viewing Center, Apollo Beach Florida.

It was truly a very unique experience. Afterwards, we did some souvenir shopping at the gift shop.
It was a great day has by all!

Tablescaping~Creating Sacred Spaces for Food and Friendship~Sacred spaces of Home~Holiday 2017

Visiting with Family during Holiday 2017 was such a lovely experience. Creating this sacred space was the perfect prequel to a fabulous holiday meal with family and friends.

Another Fabulous Table Gathering on New Years' Day with Family and Friends became a great start to January.

A Birthday Celebration was also one of our Magical Memories during the Holiday Season.   tablescape was created to honor the occasion.

Such Sacred Magical Memories Jimi and I will hold forever dear to our hearts from Holiday 2017!
