Just Beautiful

I was able to get together with my Dad this week for lunch. Our schedules are always so very busy and it seems that so much time passes in between our get togethers. I brought my daughter Nicole with me too.
She loves seeing her Poppa! We shared a lovely time having lunch in a cozy Irish Pub and then took a walk along the avenue in his town. While we were walking, I snapped the picture of the Sunflower above. Sun Flowers are so amazing to me. I love how tall they grow and even love to see the bud as it is forming. There is something very beautiful to me about Sunflowers. Notice the bee in the picture. I am grateful to the bee's for how they pollinate and keep nature in motion. Yes, it was a lovely time! It is always Just Beautiful getting together with my Dad!

Just a little note...I have been working on a few treasures for my shoppe lately. One is a Yellow Pill Box Hat and the other, a Tattoo Necklace. I am working on getting a few good pics of the hat but here is a sneek peek of the Tat Necklace.
Both will be in the shoppe soon.

Much Love,

Whimsy Wednesday

Today is Wednesday!!!!!......but this past Sunday, My Hubby and I and a fellow Band Mate(Stefan) went to see Grace Potter and The Nocturnal's at Hartwood Acres. It was a great show!!!! Grace...is Amazing!!!!! Jimi bought me the shirt pictured above and I LOVE it!!

I am really inspired by her music and enjoyed every single minute of the show!

Also, super exciting is that I had made an Owl Pendant necklace to give to Grace at her show. Grace loves Owls. One of her Staff Members took it along with my Milady Leela Business Card to give to her. It was my Hubby's idea actually. I really did not even think about it....but I am so glad that he did!!!! What a wonderful feeling to know that Grace Potter will have one of my necklaces as a gift from me....One of her biggest Fans!!! Yeah, I am a little bit star struck by her and her Band...but, I love them. I love them.

Hope Your Wednesday has been whimsical.

Much Love,

Keep In Mind

So may things in life take their twists and turns....new challenges pop up and need to be dealt with and with time and patience...everything resolves itself. It is truly a challenge to keep your chin up in these times...deal with things the best that you can and remember to BREATH!
You must know that......
The Butterfly settles upon you when you least expect it.

I hope that whatever challenge you may now be facing resolves soon....things always have a way of working out for the best.

Much love,

Time To Share

The Special surprise that I wanted to share with you was that my Hubby and I were finally able to take our Honeymoon Vacation after being married for 4 years.

We had the most amazing and romantic time. I have so many pictures to share it is not funny but I have to choose my most favorites. I am still in the process of going through them all and then of course editing them, so it will still be a while before I can share more of them with you. I do however have a few that I want to share now.

You probably would like to know where we went....we went to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. A very good friend of ours let us borrow a Red Convertible to drive down in style.

It was so much fun!!!! Jimi just loved driving it!

We decided to spend most of our time at the Villa to enjoy the beach, pools and hot tubs..
we also chose to eat in most of the time as to have quiet meals together.

We prepared yummy lunches and dinners and had frozen drinks.

Peace and quiet was so sweet to us....we really enjoyed this much needed vacation together.

Much Love,

♥♥♥

Today...Sweet I Say!

I know……I know….I have promised a surprise. I have not forgotten about that. It will be a bit longer than what I had planned as I have to edit and decide on photos for the post. So please, be patient with me and I promise to deliver. In the meantime, today I went shopping at our local craft store for a few supply’s that I need for Christmas gifts that I am making. Christmas, you say? It will be here before you know it. Anyway, I also went to one of my Favorite thrift stores and found a few really pretty half slips and a vintage lace camisole. Sweet I say!!!

I found an amazing knitting basket too. It was lined and even had pockets to store small needles and projects. The best part? It was only five bucks….oh yeah, that baby was mine!!!!

One itty bitty issue though...Mr. Jackson thinks that it is his.

Sorry Mr. Jackson, it belongs to me and my yarn.

Much Love,

♥♥♥
