Magical Moments

I have been creating Magical Moments Meditative Tea Lights for my Etsy Boutique and for my upcoming Trunk Shows.

I have to tell you that they smell so so lovely!!!! I know that you would agree.  They are just perfect for your meditative space.
Also,  I had the opportunity to share food and friendship with my Friend Robin last week.  We enjoyed lunch at our favorite restaurant and then browsed the boutiques in the area.  One of the places we visited was Roxanne's Dried Flowers, located  in the Pittsburgh Strip District on Penn Avenue.

Robin and I loved this boutique.   I have also photographed a quaint little coffee shoppe and  a pottery shoppe too.  I will be back in another post to share those with you.

Happenings In My World

Oh my goodness!!!! So many things have happened this week! To begin I was interviewed by a reporter from our Pittsburgh Area News Paper in regard to my YouTube Channel work.

Second...My lovely Artist Friend Robin and I had a business Meeting and Lunch to purchase and discuss plans for our future projects.  The shopping was so much fun!  We both purchased lots of supplies for our studios.

 I came home with beautiful Chiffon Ribbon, Silk Butterfly's and Flowers. Robin's purchases were lovely ornaments to use in her doll making.

Our Lunch was at the Spaghetti Warehouse. We both enjoyed a yummy salad of mixed greens and grilled vegetables. I just love the cozy atmosphere there...

 Robin  had never been there before and is anxious to go back!  We plan on meeting once a month...I am up for that!! We have an Art Event to plan and prepare for and as always, it is great to brain storm and be inspired by people you admire!

In addition, our friend Bob has joined the Band as our new Bass Player. His had his first Gig with us this week...he did great!!! He is such a good fit for our Band and we are so happy to have him with us!

Lastly and Sadly this week, My Husband and my son Justin were terminated from the Company they worked for.  Jimi, had been there many, many years and was the Director of Marketing, Justin also worked in the Marketing Department as a member of Jimi's team.  Unfortunately for them, the company restructured and their services were no longer needed.  I do believe however, that when one door closes, another one opens!  There must be better thing in the works..The universe is making a few changes I'd say.

I Just Realized...

I just realized that I had not shared the Video I filmed at the Zoo.  Back in June, our family celebrated my Grand Baby Summer's Birthday at the Pittsburgh Zoo...I hope you enjoy this video.  I was super excited that the underwater parts came out as well as they did.

Summer's Second Birthday

Yesterday our family went to the Pittsburgh Zoo to celebrate my Grand Baby's 2nd birthday.

 It was a lovely day indeed!!!! Not only was the weather perfect, the whole day was perfect!!!!

 To conclude our gathering, we dined at the Spaghetti Warehouse and enjoyed a fabulous feast of Spaghetti and Meatballs of course.....and the bread, ahhhh the bread, so good!!!!

 At the Zoo, I filmed and Jimi took pictures...so as soon as we get everything edited, I will share... I promise! Gosh, it was such an amazing day!!!! I can't stop thinking about it!!!! Oh and by the way, Our favorite(Jimi  and me) feature at the zoo was first, the Elephants!  There was a Mama, Daddy and Baby, we got some great pics of them taking a bath and playing in the water. My daughter filmed the Elephants and I hope to share that with you too.  Next was the Aqua zoo.  There is such a peaceful and mysterious vibe about underwater life. So.....keep a look out for the pics and video, I am sure you will enjoy them!

Earlier this week, I stumbled across a few accessories to go along with my new travel bag.  I was so excited to have found an exact match at a different store than where I purchased the bag. I tell you all about it here.
