Moon Struck and Moving Things Around

I spent some time last week rearranging my home studio. Told you all I was Moonstruck and preparing for Positivity!!!! In my last post,  I shared this photo of my Planner Spread. The thought of Spring always makes me want to clean things up and release...bringing newness into my magical spaces of home.

So, with that being said.... here is what I have created, using the things that make me smile and make my heart sing♥

I am loving the coziness that I created. I am always so happy to be in this space and especially now.

Happenings in My Enchanting World

Something Magical is Always Happening......

Working on the finishing stages of The Faery Love Tokens....These little lovelies can be placed in a sacred space in your home to bring you Love Blessings.  Let me know what you are hoping to invoke and I will choose a color for you and an essential oil drop can also be added to enhance your intentions.  In addition, you could also wear as  pin, necklace or add to your own mixed media artwork.....Oh the possibilities are truly endless!!!

From my Quotes and Curiosities Line of artwork....I still have more to do before completion but this will be the first OOAK piece as Elemental Art beginning with the element of "Air".
When finished, this piece is going to look like a Balloon. It can be hung on the wall as a reminder to "Allow the Air to carry your Dreams up and out into the Universe." ~Dena K. Miller
All of my Elemental Art pieces will have a quotation of mine incorporated into the idea of each piece.

The Tea Dye Packets are ready and can be used to naturally stain fabrics or papers. Oh such Fun!!!!

Lastly, classes take place every week at the Teacup and Grounds.  This week, we will be creating Feather Pens to write your favorite ideas and or thoughts.

My Two Hands and Voice~Led By Spirit

Today is going to be a very busy day consisting of Art and Music.

I am working on a bringing to you Cinnamon/Clove Valentine Heart Ornaments. These are super lovely! Not only do they smell so good, they are embellished with Hand~Dyed Venetian Style Lace, Vintage Buttons and one other finishing touch that makes my heart go...swoon(hopefully yours too♥)

Stay tuned for more on these ornaments.

Also, I am feeling...."Painted Postcards" as I type this to you.

 

 

~Here is a bit about how I create.....I am truly led by Spirit and so what happens to be created is a gift that comes from Spirit! of course there may be times that I do have a plan in action but it never fails me that "Spirit" Leads me!

Interesting to think that I was just having a similar conversation with my Dad over Holiday of which he said that his work schedule was always lead by Spirit.

Daddy....I am your daughter, wink, wink!

Anyway.....I still have yet to finish the Valentine Heart Banners of which shall be ready soon♥

Intention Setting ~2015

Today I began setting my Intentions for the New Year.
 A while ago, I found this beautiful journal and I decided that it would be the perfect place to record my Intentions and journal about them.

Happenings In My World

Oh my goodness!!!! So many things have happened this week! To begin I was interviewed by a reporter from our Pittsburgh Area News Paper in regard to my YouTube Channel work.

Second...My lovely Artist Friend Robin and I had a business Meeting and Lunch to purchase and discuss plans for our future projects.  The shopping was so much fun!  We both purchased lots of supplies for our studios.

 I came home with beautiful Chiffon Ribbon, Silk Butterfly's and Flowers. Robin's purchases were lovely ornaments to use in her doll making.

Our Lunch was at the Spaghetti Warehouse. We both enjoyed a yummy salad of mixed greens and grilled vegetables. I just love the cozy atmosphere there...

 Robin  had never been there before and is anxious to go back!  We plan on meeting once a month...I am up for that!! We have an Art Event to plan and prepare for and as always, it is great to brain storm and be inspired by people you admire!

In addition, our friend Bob has joined the Band as our new Bass Player. His had his first Gig with us this week...he did great!!! He is such a good fit for our Band and we are so happy to have him with us!

Lastly and Sadly this week, My Husband and my son Justin were terminated from the Company they worked for.  Jimi, had been there many, many years and was the Director of Marketing, Justin also worked in the Marketing Department as a member of Jimi's team.  Unfortunately for them, the company restructured and their services were no longer needed.  I do believe however, that when one door closes, another one opens!  There must be better thing in the works..The universe is making a few changes I'd say.

It's Been A Very Busy Week..and Another Giveaway!

Hello Everybody, I hope you all had a lovely week,,,,My week was very busy!!! There have been some changes to my world lately...good changes I say but scary for me at the same time.  A few weeks ago I made the decision to leave my full time Marketing job in the corporate world.  With the love and support of my Hubby, decided to dive into my art and  build my business! In addition, Jimi and I have had a small Marketing business of our own so I will also be able to put more time into it as well.  Anyway, back to my art.... This past week has been my first week home,  I have been trying to organize around me house as it has been a crazy mess since I had been working a 9 to 5.  I am sure a lot of you know how that goes!
So as I get my house in order, I can really begin to carve out a work space that will be conducive for business and creativity.  Currently, I do have a little studio but I have big plans to make it better.  In addition, I have been speaking with several of my artist friends and have received such positive feedback and ideas for this journey I have chosen,,,,I am so excited about it I could burst!
So...You will be seeing more of me now....I will be sharing more videos and using my blog, twitter and Facebook to say hello to you with ideas, happenings and of course my art work.  You will be seeing a lot of Whimsical Treasures like my Faery Wings especially.
I also wanted to share a video that I filmed and edited...I actually filmed and edited three this week.  I  will share the other two with you soon.  Below is a video in regard to ELF Cosmetics.
