Thanksgiving Day this year was a bit different. For the first time, Jimi and I celebrated separately. He went to visit his Mom and Justin went with him....I went to visit my Dad and took my girls, Kelly and Nicole. Grant moved to Des Moines this summer so he celebrated with his girl friends' family.
It was my Grand Baby's first Thanksgiving so that in itself was wonderful to have her with us! 
As usual, our table setting was beautiful and my Dad, well let me just say that he really enjoys getting into the carving of the turkey. 
It was really a lovely day spending time with my family. Jimi said that he also had a nice time visiting with his Mom. Later, when I came home, Jimi and I spent time together and all was well with my world.Hope yours was a lovely Thanksgiving.
