You all know how much I love to cook and how much I love to share what I cook. So tonight, I am creating Chilli with Garlic Toast and a salad for Dinner. Jimi is a big fan of chilli, with that being said, I like to create new ways to make it each time.
He always seems to enjoy my Kitchen Spells, probably because they not only taste good but because he knows that I put intention for some kind of thing we need into it. In fact into all of my recipes intention is placed.

The framed antique photo was gifted to meany years ago by one of my lovely friends. They, the girls use to be in The Magical Kitchen at the Castle when we lived there. Since moving to The Cottage, their placement has not been determined until now. In The Wardrobe they said, where you will always see us and where light from the sun and moon will always brighten us.
The Girls have Spoken....wish Granted.

Worked in the wardrobe today creating a new look for my vintage vanity/dressing table. I brought out the lamp that my mom gave me years ago and designed a more functional place to put on my makeup. I also organized my jewelry and began putting pieces aside for a jewelry sale.

I cleansed the Magical Kitchen and The Living Room Lounge preparing for the Autumn Season. I absolutely adore this season because of the four, I am one with the earth at this time.
The scents, the sounds and the sights of Autumn's gifts delight my soul and create a sense of peace within my entire being.

Pressing flowers has always been a pleasure of mine all throughout my life. I will either wildcraft for the plants or flowers or as in this case, harvest from my own garden.
My MIL left us so many Blessings on this side of the Universe of which we are still discovering and grateful for every day!
I can only imagine the beautiful stardust she is spreading wherever she is now.

Another Story of The Storybook Cottage...
My beautiful Christmas Cactus of which I named Gracie Ophelia, was gifted to me years ago by my Step Mom.
I have had Gracie Ophelia with me for over 15 years, separated her to give as gifts to others and transplanted her as well. Most of her time with me was at The Castle and now here at Cottage.
She has never ever bloomed until TODAY!
I was so pleasantly surprised to find her lovely flower on this day when I went to water her life force . The three elements of Earth, air and water have now all made a full circle. I am thinking that it is her Earth Day gift to me.
