Date Night in Pittsburgh

On Sunday, Jimi and I had a Date Night!!! It has been quite a while since we have been able to take some time for each other and just chill.  So we decided to go to The Rivers Casino...we always have a blast there!!!

 We had Dinner and then enjoyed some Game Time...Jimi and I both ordered a Fish Sandwich and I also had a salad..Oh it was so so yummy!!!

After dinner....we played the slots for a while, enjoyed a Bloody Mary Cocktail and then called it a night. What a great time we had!  I always enjoy spending time with my Hubby.  Now I look forward to our next Date Night!

Healthy Eating

One of my goals this year and as always to eat healthy!  I have always enjoyed fruits and vegetables and creating meals that include them. I have been seriously interested in beginning to start Juicing..as of late, I have been doing some research on the fantastic benefits of it.  Not to mention, it is so much cheaper to do it yourself than to buy it ready made in the store.  Jimi and I went Grocery Shopping this past week and we filmed a vlog and grocery haul.



  We are really enjoying Vlogging together♥

Also, this week has been filled with Friends and Music...another regular around here.  My Friend Denise gifted me this lovely piece of Art the other day.

Denise said that as soon as she saw this, she had to get it for me because it reminded her of me.  I have it proudly displayed in my Studio so that I can look at it all the time when I am working.  It does remind me of me, in fact, I wear a rose at the side just like the one in the photo. If you follow my Blog, you know that my friend Denise has been mentioned in several of my posts...Jimi and I recently enjoyed a very elegant dinner party at her and Marty's house. I believe the post is entitled Dinner with Friends.  Anyway, how was your week?

Tutorial Tuesday....Relationship Nurturing.

Today is Tutorial Tuesday!!!! This week I will share my thoughts about relationships.  My husband and I both believe that it is very important to stay connected by scheduling time for each other.  Creating ways to continue to build our friendship and our marriage(Our Relationship).  What we do is plan dates whether they be just to go out for dinner, to a movie, an overnight, vacation.or even just a night in.  These special moments are times we look forward to.  Sometimes our dates are spontaneous and sometimes not...but either way, it is our way to nurture our relationship.   We have so much fun together on our dates...and over the years, we have created so many special memories.  Below is a video of a recent night out...I/we hope you enjoy watching it.



I encourage you to make a date with your special someone.  The time together is very nurturing and is really a great way to stay connected with each other.
