Food, Friendship and Fabulous Finds

 What a Fabulous Day sharing time with our Friend Kathy.  The photo above is a view from her beautiful property.  It is so picture perfect and serene. She lives out in the country and it is always wonderful visiting her!  Our day started with visiting one of our favorite Antique stores...The Antique Emporium, as it is called.
The owner sets out wine to share with all of his guests so when you visit, you can enjoy a glass of wine while browsing.  Coffee is also available and sometimes sweet treats. We just love it there.
I thought you might too, so I took several photo's so that you could also see how fun this place is!

After our visit to The Emporium, Kathy and I met up with Jimi back at her house and we enjoyed a yummy dinner toghether.

A Day At The Zoo and On The Seeber Farm

Hello There Friends!  Yesterday Jimi and I were invited to spend the day at the Oglebay Zoo with our Friends the Seeber's, Robin and Roger...they are our R and R!  Yes it is true, they live on a farm and we love visiting them...we truly experience Rest and Relaxation when we are with them! I have talked about visits with them before here on my blog and shared some photo's too. Anyway, today we went to the Zoo!

Robin drives the train there so of course we took a train ride.  Robin's Dad also spent the day with us and he really enjoyed himself.  I must say, we all enjoyed ourselves! After the Zoo, we went to dinner...Jimi ordered Country Fried Steak.

I ordered Grilled Salmon.

Then...after our meal, we spent a bit of time on their farm...

 and we were gifted with some fabulous vegetables from their Garden to take home.

What a great day it was!!!  We are so looking forward to spending time there again and with them soon♥

Healthy Eating

One of my goals this year and as always to eat healthy!  I have always enjoyed fruits and vegetables and creating meals that include them. I have been seriously interested in beginning to start Juicing..as of late, I have been doing some research on the fantastic benefits of it.  Not to mention, it is so much cheaper to do it yourself than to buy it ready made in the store.  Jimi and I went Grocery Shopping this past week and we filmed a vlog and grocery haul.



  We are really enjoying Vlogging together♥

Also, this week has been filled with Friends and Music...another regular around here.  My Friend Denise gifted me this lovely piece of Art the other day.

Denise said that as soon as she saw this, she had to get it for me because it reminded her of me.  I have it proudly displayed in my Studio so that I can look at it all the time when I am working.  It does remind me of me, in fact, I wear a rose at the side just like the one in the photo. If you follow my Blog, you know that my friend Denise has been mentioned in several of my posts...Jimi and I recently enjoyed a very elegant dinner party at her and Marty's house. I believe the post is entitled Dinner with Friends.  Anyway, how was your week?
