1 1/2 teaspoon of Parsley(fresh or dried)
1lb of Pasta
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
2 ripened Tomatos
Salt and Pepper to taste

How to:

Prepare a pan with olive oil and red pepper flakes.

Heat on high heat until it begins to bubble.
Turn heat down to medium and add the crab cakes.

Cook each side until a light golden brown and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta and drain.
Cut Lemon in half. and juice each half in separate small bowls.
Add to pasta, salt and pepper to taste, feta cheese and tomato. also, add a table spoon of olive oil and  1/2 of the lemon juice

Lightly toss.
Now mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise and the other 1/2 of lemon juice.  Once all mixed together, add the parsley and set aside.

Crab cakes should now be nicely browned and ready to be plated. Prepare your plate with a side of the Pasta Salad and spoon the mayonnaise mixture onto the crab cakes.

  1. Oh this looks so delicious Dean! I am obsessed with feta cheese I am going to whip up some of the salad and maybe try the crab cakes for my anniversary!

  2. Awesome!!! Happy Anniversary too!! I love Feta Cheese also..use it in all kinds of ways. Our local super Market sells the crab cakes prepared, 10 for $10. I think it is a great deal and buy them when they are available. Hope you enjoy!
